Information on the processing of personal data

In order to ensure transparency in the processing of personal data and to comply with legislative obligations, we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data. We have therefore prepared this document for you, in which you will find all the necessary information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Who is the controller of your personal data?

The administrator of your personal data is TP Consulting s.r.o., with its registered office at Palachova 1404/2, Liberec 1-Staré Město, 460 01, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, ID No.: 25476742 (hereinafter referred to as "We").

We process this data so that we can properly fulfill the contract concluded with you or to find a job for you, and also to inform you about news regarding our products, which is our legitimate interest. Of course, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the email you receive.


If we wish to pass on your data to our partners or inform you about news that is not directly related to our products, we will always ask for your consent for this purpose.

Who do we share your data with?

We do not transfer your data to any third countries or international organizations.

How long do we keep your data?

We will store your data for the duration of the purpose of its processing (see also the table above), i.e. for the duration of the contract and further for the period required by the relevant legal regulations (in particular the Accounting Act, the VAT Act), or our legitimate interest in protecting our rights in the event of complaints or possible disputes, i.e. for the duration of the relevant limitation periods. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Security of your personal data

The security of personal data is our top priority. All our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements and receive regular training on information and personal data security issues. Of course, we strictly control access permissions, both at the physical and logical security levels. We also regularly conduct security risk analyses within our company, on the basis of which we propose and adopt the necessary corrective measures.

Cookies

To ensure the proper functioning of our website, we use cookies on our site. For system administration purposes, we may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type, but all of this data is anonymized and is used solely for statistical purposes to track how you view our website. Based on this information, we strive to set up our website so that it is clear and user-friendly for you. We do not identify individuals. You can set cookies and their use in your internet browser.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the Regulation, you have the following rights:

  • if it performs any processing based on your consent, you may revoke this consent at any time using the contact details below;

  • the right to access your personal data in order to find out what personal data we process;

  • the right to correct inaccurate data;

  • the right to delete personal data where justified and possible;

  • the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in cases provided for by the Regulation;

  • the right to data portability where the legal basis for processing is the need to comply with a contractual relationship and the data is processed automatically;

  • the right to object in a situation where the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest. In such a case, we will stop processing your data for that purpose, unless we have a legitimate interest in processing or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of our legitimate claims.

  • If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
