Most employees want to continue working flexibly from home. This is partly because they were more productive (64%). Although most employees want to maintain work flexibility, many believe that returning to the office will ultimately be inevitable. More than a quarter of people (27%) think this will happen within six months, and another 24% within a year. These figures come from a global Ipsos survey for the World Economic Forum, which involved more than 12,500 employees from 29 countries around the world. Czech companies hold similar views.
