According to data available from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, there were 106,562 job seekers aged 50 and over in January this year. In August, this figure corresponded to 97,747 job seekers. It may therefore seem that the situation is improving for this group, which is disadvantaged in terms of employment in the labor market. The retirement age is constantly shifting, so employment after the age of 50 is becoming a pressing issue.
